Sparkling Rose Water and Raspberry Lemonade (No refined sugar)

Summer is the perfect time to discover new flavour combinations. All these fresh fruits, berries, aromatic herbs and flowers from a garden, this is pure inspiration. Add a floral touch to your favourite lemonade: easy and refreshing, it gives a twist to your drink thanks to rose water. Made with fresh fruits and honey (and NO refined sugar!), this simple recipe is the best lemonade you’ll ever taste!


  • a handful of raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 L chilled sparkling water
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cup honey (or brown rice syrup)
  • ice

+ fresh raspberries and rose petals to garnish


  1. Mash raspberries in a small bowl and strain through a sieve. Mix raspberry puree, lemon juice, rose water and honey (or brown rice syrup for vegan version) in the bowl and stir to dissolve to make a syrup. Transfer to the pitcher, add sparkling water. Stir and taste to make sure it’s sweet/tart enough for you. Pour lemonade into glasses. Add ice, fresh raspberries and rose petals to each glass, if desired. Enjoy!
