Ingredients

  • 1 poached chicken breast, shredded 

  • 1 rose apple, chopped, drizzled with lemon juice 

  • 3 celery sticks and few leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberry

  • wraps 

  • 1 cup cooked red rice (optional)

  • For dressing: 
  • 1/2 cup mayo (I prefer homemade or vegan mayo, which usually made with no additives)

  • 1-2 Tbs maple syrup 

  • 1-2 Tbs apple cider vinegar 

  • salt, pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together all remaining ingredients (except wraps), add dressing, season with salt and pepper. Divide the salad between wraps. Roll it up and enjoy!
