Apricot Macadamia Smoothie

Transform a summer fruit favorite into a delightful healthy smoothie. And get all the benefits of the fiber and the vitamins.


2 Serves

  • 2 Cups macadamia milk (or almond milk)
  • 4 Big size ripe apricots
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • Sweetener, or banana, or date – optional (I use light agave syrup)


Put all ingredients in the blender, mix well until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
